How to start anything
Just start.
On Tuesday I hosted the first Future Leaders Collective event in Melbourne.
At the beginning of the event someone asked me "how did you start this?"
To which I responded, "I booked the venue".
I didn't think much of this statement (I'm quite a literal person) but later on the same person came over, with someone else, and asked me to repeat my (apparently profound) piece of advice to her friend.
It made me think of all the things we'd like to do, to try, to create, to change, but don't. Because we don't start.
Today, in this short message, I'm encouraging you to start something.
So*|IF:FNAME|* ,*|ELSE:|*,*|END:IF|* what will you start?
"That without experimentation, a willingness to ask questions and try new things, we shall surely become static, repetitive, moribund.."
